Austin museum unveils immersive prehistoric exhibit with fossils found in the area
The Texas Science and Natural History Museum has unveiled a major upgrade to its basement exhibit, transforming it into an immersive prehistoric world filled with new lighting, sound, animations and interactive features. Visitors can explore Texas fossils-from ancient cats to marine predators-and engage with hands‑on displays, including a survival game developed at UT Austin.
