The Marshalltown Arts & Civic Center (MACC) will be the site of Seeing Anew Part II: Through the Collector’s Eye when the art exhibit debuts at the Fisher Art Museum with a free public reception Feb. 27, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with refreshments provided.
