The Borscht Belt Museum, which is in its fourth year of operation in the village of Ellenville, continues to draw visitors who want to relive the bygone era of the Catskills resorts ranging from small bungalow colonies to giant all-inclusive resorts such as The Nevele in Ellenville and once-booming Sullivan County hotels and resorts such as The Concord, Kutsher’s and Grossinger’s Country Club.
