Plattsburgh eyes former Air Force Base museum site for housing
Thirty years after the closure of the Plattsburgh Air Force Base, most buildings at the U.S. Oval in Plattsburgh have been repurposed as businesses or housing. However, a cluster of properties remains empty and shuttered, including the former Champlain Valley Transportation Museum.
