Oil painting workshop at the Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center
A beginner oil painting workshop is coming up at the Upper Ohio Valley Museum and Learning Center at the Lou Holtz Hall of Fame in Downtown East Liverpool. Local artist Sheri Liebschner, pictured, will be leading two sessions April 30 and May 7 from 10 a.m. to noon.
