Genocide survivor speaks at CANDLES Holocaust Museum
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Kizito Kalima saw firsthand the horrors of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. After almost dying, living in swamps, and losing his entire family, he received a basketball scholarship that brought him to the United States. There, he met Eva Kor, a holocaust survivor.
