Wisconsin art museum names the state’s first cartoonist laureate
Milwaukee’s Paul Noth is the first Wisconsin Cartoonist Laureate for the Museum of Wisconsin Art. He’ll act as an ambassador for the art form around the state and highlight Wisconsin’s important role in the history of American comics.
