Academy of Natural Sciences is shutting down its museum after nearly 200 years
The Academy of Natural Sciences museum will close on Sept. 30, 2026 after nearly two centuries in operation. Admission had declined at the Logan Square museum since the COVID-19 pandemic. Drexel University will continue stewarding the collections.
